Claudia Muniz's Story

When I was a college student I absolutely loved being financially independent. 

At the time, of course I did not have many financial responsibilities, but I took pride in not having to ask my parents for food or gas money.

After a while of working really hard and earning the same amount as my not so ambitious peers, I decided to look into real estate because it came across as an entrepreneurial endeavor where your output comes from what you put into it.

Growing up, I was captivated by how my grandmother was able to live in an apartment building all while owning the entire building. 

So this led to me taking night classes to get my real estate license all while obtaining my degree from Rutgers University and maintaining hourly positions as well.

As a college student, I decided to pursue real estate until I was able to secure a "real job" that was in line with my degree. 

Eventually I got recruited by a broker that I had done a transaction with.

In my first year full time, I was able to achieve the circle of excellence award and have continued to achieve it at higher levels throughout my career.

In addition to my New Jersey real estate license, I also obtained a Florida real estate license to help other New Jerseyans relocate to the Tampa, Florida area or invest in that area as potential snowbirds.

Today, I’m grateful to be guiding people through effortless home transitions while maximizing returns in Central NJ & Tampa FL.
